are here to offer you a secure, easy, and cost effective way to order beauty products
your professional stylist's has recommended. We do not sell in bulk or wholesale and we are not a distributor. We purchase
products for your personal needs. The products we sell are intended for your
individual use.
All orders receive a confirmation "Order Number" via e-mail immediately after submitting the order. If you did not receive a confirmation order number, it is possible that the order did not go through or the e-mail information was incorrect. Please drop us an e-mail if you did not receive your confirmation amyl. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. Only after your order has been shipped will the charge be posted to your credit card.

1. What currency are your prices listed in ?
All prices are listed in US dollars.
If you are using a Canadian credit card your purchase will be converted to Canadian dollars by your credit card company on the day the charge is posted. We post transaction only after your order has shipped.
2. Do you ship to PO Box addresses ?
We do not ship to PO Box addresses. UPS is our preferred carrier and they do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
3. Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses ?
Yes, we do. We regularly ship parcels through the armed services mail system. Please note that tracking information is not available for these addresses. The order will be shipped via the US Postal Service to the armed services mail induction point.
4. What is your return policy ?
All sales are final and we will not accept merchandise for return unless you have been shipped a product in error. This is due to the fact that these are personal hygiene products.
5. What is your cancellation policy ?
Orders can be canceled anytime before they are shipped. There will be a 10% restocking/handling fee charged for all cancellations.
Out of stock orders may be canceled free of charge at any time.
